The metro Atlanta area prides itself on its ethnic diversity. Metro Atlanta is currently home to more than 5.1 million people, and the population is expected to reach more than 7.5 million residents in the next 20 years.

People from all over the world choose Atlanta for its strong, diverse economy, low cost of living, world-class universities, arts and culture, public parks, plentiful shopping and dining locations and direct access to over 250 destinations around the world. For these reasons, Atlanta’s population is made up of newcomers from throughout the United States, Latin America, Europe, Africa and all parts of Asia. These people all have one important thing in common: they choose to call Atlanta home.
